DOSBox 0.71 with fixed Icon

I noticed a few issues with the latest DOSBox build on Mac OSX. I wasn't quite sure if these were caused by software bug(s) or by my OS configuration (version-level, addons, hardware, …) so I started that thread. At the moment it looks like this joystick-startup-crash bug can be fixed and even will be fixed soon. I'll monitor the CVS output and update this entry with a new build as soon as it happens.

Another tiny little annoyance was the disappearing DOSBox icon. As far as I can remember the DOSBox icon in the dock got replaced with the internal 32×32 icon after startup. Since a few releases the replaced icon stayed inside the dock even after quitting the application which is totaly uncool because the original 128×128 one looks so much better.

The solution for this is so simple that I haven't come across it up till now: remove the internal DOSBox icon.

I made the changes in the source and compiled a new universal build. I named the .DMG file 0.71a but this is in no way an official version number. It is just something I made up to distinguish it from the other file on this blog. I will make the changes in every future DOSBox release though since it looks so much better.
